Meet Our Founders

For more than 25 years, Rolando and Susan Caro have faithfully served pastors, missionaries, vulnerable families, and underserved communities throughout the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Their ministry has taken them into remote villages, across mountains, and alongside Christian workers during some of life's most challenging seasons.

Through decades of hands-on ministry, they witnessed a common need: restoration must be holistic. People need spiritual encouragement, practical support, and sustainable opportunities to thrive. Communities flourish when leaders are strengthened, families are empowered, and God's creation is cared for.

That conviction became the foundation of Goshen Haven—a Christ-centered vision where faith, compassion, environmental stewardship, and sustainable community development come together to restore lives and build hope for future generations.

A Legacy of Service

Throughout their ministry, Rolando and Susan have been involved in:

  • Supporting pastors and missionaries in remote communities

  • Humanitarian food and relief distribution

  • Community development initiatives

  • Christian leadership care and encouragement

  • Youth outreach and discipleship

  • Disaster response and recovery efforts

Their lifelong commitment continues to inspire the mission of Goshen Haven as it grows into a place of restoration for people, creation, and communities.

A Vision Decades in the Making

Goshen Haven is more than a future sanctuary—it is the culmination of decades of prayer, service, and unwavering faith. Every outreach, every relationship, and every act of compassion has helped shape a vision where Christian workers find renewal, vulnerable families discover hope, and God's creation is restored for generations to come.

"Through every journey, one truth became clear—restoration must be holistic."
